The Bombay High Court has restrained Gleck Pharma (OPC) Pvt Ltd from using names similar to Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd's Zitamet in relation to any medicinal or pharmaceutical preparations till the main suit is decided. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals had alleged that Gleck Pharma was selling drugs with the name Xigamet, which was similar to its trademark Zitamet.
