Satish Narain Jajoo, an independent director at Kesoram Industries Ltd, was today appointed as its non-executive chairman with immediate effect, the company said in a filing to exchanges. For nearly a month, the company had been functioning without a chairperson as the position fell vacant following the death of Manjushree Khaitan who led the company previously.
