The Bombay High Court on Tuesday restrained Cognizant Technology Solutions US from using a logo in India similar to that of Atyati Technologies Pvt. Ltd., till the copyright infringement filed by the latter was decided. Allowing the appeal by Atyati Technologies, the division bench of the high court set aside a single judge bench's June order that had ruled in Cognizant Technology's favour.
