Bandhan Bank Ltd. has sold 153.93 million shares worth INR 3.31 billion in YES Bank Ltd. to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., the bank informed the exchanges Wednesday. Bandhan Bank sold the shares at a rate of INR 21.50 per equity share to the Japanese multinational banking group, as per the filing. This brings Bandhan Bank's shareholding in YES Bank to 0.2% from 0.7%.
