HC rejects Parsvnath Developers' plea against NCLT order to revive IBC case

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday rejected a plea by Parsvnath Developers Ltd. against the National Company Law Tribunal's order in August to revive the insolvency case filed against the company by Asset Reconstruction Co. (India) Ltd. The high court said there was no case for them to invoke "supervisory jurisdiction" under Article 227 of the Constitution in order to interfere in the corporate insolvency resolution proceedings of Parsvnath Developers under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
