MUMBAI – Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd. plans to expand branches in Odisha and Maharashtra to drive growth, as the company sees a competitive edge in these regions, the management said in a post-earnings analysts call on Saturday. The affordable housing financier is targeting 60-70 new branches in this financial year. It has already set up 33 branches so far and expects to add more by the December quarter.
"...Currently we are planning around 60 to 70 branches and we only added 33 in the first quarter and we are planning to add another 25 in the second quarter as well," the housing financier's managemnet said. "The balance will get added subsequently and some of the branches get started in the near stage." More
